1. About this Cookie Policy

1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how FLY SENGA LTD (FLY, we, us) — company number 14584737 — uses cookies and similar technologies on our website flysenga.com, our web application and our mobile apps (together, the Services). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.

1.2 We comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (UK) and, for users in the EEA, the ePrivacy rules implemented in your member state, alongside the UK and EU GDPR.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

2.1 Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and provide information to the site owner. Cookies set by us are first-party cookies; cookies set by anyone else are third-party cookies.

2.2 Similar technologies we use include: local storage and session storage (data stored by your browser); pixels (tiny images used to measure whether content was viewed, for example whether an email was opened); and, in our mobile apps, software development kits (SDKs) and device identifiers that perform equivalent functions to cookies. In this policy, “cookies” includes all of these unless we say otherwise.

2.3 Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain for a set period or until you delete them).

3. The categories of cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary. Essential for the Services to function — signing you in and keeping your session secure, remembering your cookie choices, protecting against fraud and abuse, balancing load across our servers, and enabling core features you request. These cannot be switched off through our cookie banner because the Services cannot operate safely without them; consent is not required for them by law.

3.2 Functional. Remember choices you make — such as language, region and interface preferences — to give you a more personal experience. Set only with your consent where required.

3.3 Performance and analytics. Help us understand how the Services are used — which screens and features are popular, where errors occur, how journeys flow — so we can fix problems and improve. The information is aggregated wherever possible. Set only with your consent where required.

3.4 Attribution. Support our affiliate model. The primary mechanism is not a cookie at all: when you tap BUY or GET TICKETS, a click identifier is added to the link that takes you to the Partner (see clause 5). As a fallback for some Partners, a first-party cookie records recent clicks for up to 7 days so purchases can be attributed. The fallback cookie is set only with your consent where required.

4. The cookies we use

4.1 The table below describes the cookies and similar technologies typically in use on the Services. The live, regularly updated list — including any cookies added or removed since this policy was published — is maintained in the cookie settings panel at flysenga.com/cookies. The website does not currently run any analytics or error-monitoring tools; if we add them, this table and the banner will be updated first.

4.2 Mobile apps. Our iOS and Android apps do not use browser cookies but use secure on-device storage for the equivalent strictly necessary purposes (your session, preferences and consent choices), plus SDKs for push notifications, crash reporting and analytics as described above. We do not use your device’s advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.

5. How affiliate click tracking works

5.1 When you tap BUY or GET TICKETS, FLY’s link service adds a unique click identifier to the web address that opens the Partner’s site, and may pass that identifier to the Partner’s affiliate network (such as Awin, Rakuten, CJ, Impact or Skimlinks) so that, if you buy, the purchase can be attributed to FLY. This identifier travels in the link itself rather than in a cookie set by us.

5.2 On the Partner’s site, the Partner and its affiliate network may set their own cookies under their own cookie policies and consent mechanisms. We do not control those cookies. We encourage you to review the Partner’s cookie and privacy notices, which will be presented on their site.

5.3 What we receive back from networks (purchase confirmations and commission data) is described in our Privacy Policy, sections 3 and 10.

6. Managing your cookie choices

6.1 Our banner and settings. When you first visit our website or web app from the UK or EEA, our cookie banner asks for your choices before any non-essential cookies are set. You can accept all, reject all non-essential, or choose by category — and you can change your mind at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer or at flysenga.com/cookies. In our mobile apps, equivalent controls are in Profile → Settings → Privacy.

6.2 Your browser and device. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage app permissions and identifiers in your device settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may mean parts of the Services — including signing in — do not work.

6.3 Consequences of saying no. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not stop you using FLY. Analytics and the attribution fallback simply will not run for you; the click-identifier mechanism described in clause 5.1, which operates through the link you choose to click rather than a stored cookie, continues to function as part of the service you request.

6.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Where your browser sends a recognised opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a rejection of non-essential cookies for that browser.

7. Changes to this policy

7.1 We keep this Cookie Policy under review and will post updates at flysenga.com/cookies, updating the “Last updated” date. If we introduce cookies for materially new purposes, we will refresh the banner and seek any consent required before they are set.
